Class Schedule:
Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 4PM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM, 8PM
Tuesday / Thursday: 3PM & 4PM
Weekends: TBD
We’ll offer monthly memberships and per-class drop-ins, so athletes can train consistently or fit sessions into their schedule.
