Originally from Shoreham, NY, Tyler Osik grew up with baseball in his blood. His jersey hangs in the Hall of Fame at Shoreham-Wading River High School, a testament to his dedication to the game. Now, he’s putting down roots with his family in the Lowcountry, bringing his lifelong passion for baseball to the next generation.

Tyler began his collegiate baseball career at Chipola College, where he was selected by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 40th Round of the 2017 MLB Draft. He then transfers to University of Central Florida where he excelled, posting a .325/.410/.542. his senior year. His performance earned him a selection by the Chicago White Sox in the 27th Round of the 2019 MLB Draft.

Over the course of five seasons with the White Sox, Tyler showcased his versatility by playing infield, outfield, and catcher. In 205 games he complied a .269 batting average with 18 HR, 109 RBIs, 106runs, 196 hits, 47 doubles, 4 triples, 81 walks, and a .775 OPS.

Although his playing career has concluded, Tyler remains deeply committed to the game. He now dedicates his time to mentoring and developing young athletes, focusing both the physical and mental aspects of baseball. His goal is simple: to share what he’s learned, help kids develop their skills, and inspire them to chase their dreams, just like he did.
